Amber and Mark contacted us a long time before their wedding – We love helping folks navigate the Alaska wedding scene, and they definitely took us up on the offer of help! Even though these two were thousands of miles away in Indiana, I felt like I knew Mark pretty well when we finally met on their wedding day. We spoke many times via phone and text message to sort everything out. It was a flawless day in all regards, and I am pretty sure they couldn’t have been happier with the whole thing. We started off with a ceremony at a hidden waterfall in the rainforest, followed that up with a scenic flight and glacier landing on the Colony Glacier outside of Girdwood, and stopped at a few of our top secret mountain-top landing sites. Really though – we frequently get folks contacting us and asking where some of these photos were taken so they can go there.. but you’ll definitely need a helicopter to get there! Once we returned from that, we checked out the oceanside zones along Turnagain arm and called it a day.
