Outside in the sunshine, family and friends were gathered on the back lawn. The bright green grass moved back and forth in the soft breeze. The beautiful bride, Cing, slowly walks down the family’s lawn snuggled closely to her Grandpa. Everyone, especially Zach, looked in awe at her beauty and confidence.

What a glorious wedding day it was for Cing and Zach! Around 10 in the morning, we met at the glacier-fed Little Susitna River for their first look. We spent the next couple of hours exploring the Hatcher Pass mountains. Honestly, it was one of the sunniest days we had all summer.

After their portrait session, we went to Zach’s parents’ house where they had their ceremony and reception. Natasha Price, from Paper Peony, designed the florals for the homemade arch, a friend made the blueberry cake, and Zach’s parents grilled freshly caught salmon for the guests! It all came together for a perfect day!
